How to sleep better

When sleeping in an unadvised position you can wake up with the feeling of tireness, pain throughout the body.

We usually use the expression " It hurts my whole body".

In order to sleep and relax in quality we need an adequate support for our body. we also need this support to be able to decrease the pressure exerted on the body

The choise of your mattress is essential to sleep better.

There are 3 sleeping positions: Side; Backwards; Belly.

Sleeping on your side

This is the ideal sleeping position.

Sleeping on your side keeps your spine as straight as possible. It also allows the head and feet to be at the height of thr heart, facilitating blood circulation throughout the body.

However, you should have extreme attention to your pillow. The pillow must adapt to the contours of your head and beck. It should also be 100% breathable.

Bending your legs a little will also help to relax your joints and muscles.

Sleeping On Your Back

Sleeping on your back favours the appearence of snoring and as well apnea. the head. when standing , lying straight, the tongue tends to go backwards, decreasing the breathing.

The tendency of people who sleep on their backs is to move around a lot and wake up several times during the night.

Sleeping ou your back has the disadvantage of making it harder to fall asleep.

The pillow to use must have low height in order to decrease the pressure in the cervical.

Sleeping Belly

Sleeping belly is the worst position to sleep.

For people who sleeps with their backs up the appearance of shoulder pain, tendonitis or even back pain is very high.

Another factor to take into account is the appearance of pain in the cervical.

When lying on your back , you need to turn your head to one side to breathe. This position requires enormous strain on the cervical.
